Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings and premises neat and clean at all times (walkways, parking lot, play areas).
• Regulates heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for appropriate temperatures.
• Shovels, plows, and salts sidewalks, driveways, parking areas and steps as appropriate.
• Cleans bathroom floors and fixtures daily.
• Carries out yard maintenance like grass cutting and tree trimming as needed.
• Opens and closes the building daily and ensures doors/windows are secured.
• Keeps inventory of supplies, equipment, and fuel.
• Inspects electrical installations for safety.
• Coordinates with volunteers to beautify grounds.
• Reports property damage and carries out duties assigned by principal/Choice Schools.
