Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian for Comstock Park Public Schools in Cedar Springs, MI.

The shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $15.50/hour. Core duties include cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal, performed in alignment with the building map and shift requirements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Background restrictions: individuals with theft, violence or drug-related histories will not qualify for employment.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mopping, Dusting, Cleaning restrooms, Removing trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
