GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian for the Cadillac Public Schools on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, 40 hours per week. The role pays $15.75/hour and requires dependable transportation and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Full-time 2nd shift custodian position in Cadillac Public Schools.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Background checks per district requirements; no theft/violence/drug history.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow GRBS processes.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
