Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift at Wayland Middle School in Otsego, MI. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Core duties include cleaning, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal. Prior leadership mindset and reliable transportation are preferred for consistent performance. Applicants should be able to come to work consistently and follow GRBS processes while

Qualifications

• Are you 18 years of age or older with valid ID?
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.

• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
