Job summary

Lincoln Public Schools’ Lincoln High School is seeking an Evening Custodian for a 12-month term. The role runs from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, performing custodial tasks to keep classrooms, hallways, and common areas clean and safe.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and custodial experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate cleaning equipment, and assist with snow removal is required. Veterans preference applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired.
• Custodial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of good housekeeping practices is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and may need to carry weight up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain Lincoln High School facilities in the Lincoln Public Schools district.
• Assist with snow removal as needed during winter months.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
