Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Sanitation Associate to maintain a safe, clean food manufacturing environment and protect product quality. You will sanitize equipment, facilities, and surfaces following established procedures and food-safety standards to prevent contamination.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Must demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and work areas using cleaning solutions and sanitation equipment.
• Inspect sanitation work to ensure standards and safe startup of production equipment.
• Follow GMPs including food, equipment, and operating safety requirements.
• Complete all cleaning and sanitation tasks as required.
• Flexible to support work in all areas as needed.
• Record production information on tablets or paper and attend training.
