Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Material Handler (RPC Sorter) to hand sort returnable plastic containers weighing about 10 ounces for palletization at our Desoto, TX site. The position offers an $18.00 per hour wage with a Monday–Thursday night shift from 4:30pm to 3:00am, and requires a high school diploma or GED along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include stacking RPCs on pallets, inspecting product quality, cleaning up debris, securing pallets for shipment, moving pallets around

Qualifications

High school degree or GED required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Hand stack RPC’s on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions
Examine products for quality standards
Ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer
Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment
Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the storage facility
Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress
Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
