Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking part-time evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Middletown, OH area. You’ll collect bagged trash, transport waste to dumpsters, and walk communities with minimal supervision. Paid training is provided and most shifts are 1–4 hours per night.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and a truck/trailer/c cargo van. Expected earnings range monthly with a 1099 contractor structure.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or cargo van for this position.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to work Sunday-Thursday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
