Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner: Lead for the Evening Route in Paducah, KY. This full-time position offers the 4M standard benefits and includes learning all aspects of the route under supervision.

The role requires leading the route in the absence of the Route Supervisor, training in state-of-the-art cleaning practices, and adherence to safety guidelines. Join a supportive team as you contribute to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear 4M apparel and PPE when required, per OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the route from vehicle prep, keys and alarms at each business.
• Lead the route in the absence of the Route Supervisor.
• Wipe surfaces, remove trash, replenish towels/soaps/TP, sweep, mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, leaks and drips observed at client sites.
• Be the friendly face of 4M and support a collaborative team environment.
