Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an experienced Evening RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing team and uphold high standards of patient care. The role focuses on supervision, mentoring, and coordinating care during 3 PM–11 PM shifts in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or higher with an active RN license in North Carolina, has at least 1 year of nursing experience (sub-acute or LTC preferred), and is committed to teamwork, safety, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina required.
• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• 1+ year nursing experience; sub-acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Evening shift availability preferred.

Responsibilities
