Job summary

Hickory Creek at Columbus, part of American Senior Communities, seeks a newly hired, regular full-time evening RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care on the unit and supervise licensed nurses and other staff.

This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years (terms apply) with hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, and a path to grow within a company recognized for clinical standards, quality outcomes, and a compassionate Hoosier heritage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in care delivery.
• Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards and regulations.
