Job summary

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, teach, and advocate for patients while collaborating with healthcare and correctional staff.
• Assess physical and mental health needs; administer medications and guide treatment plans from start to finish.
• Support patient education, make timely referrals, and help maintain safety and standards across the unit.
• Respond to crises and mentor staff to ensure quality care.
