Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our Skilled Nursing team. This full-time evening shift (3p-11p) involves supervising the nursing staff, administering medications per physician orders, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates hold an active PA RN license and CPR certification, with preferred leadership experience and geriatric LTC exposure. Rotating weekends and holidays apply; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Active CPR required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• One year experience working in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Participate in daily resident rounding.
• Provide supervision to nursing team.
• Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
