Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Christiana, PA, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team and deliver high-quality patient care. You will mentor staff, implement evidence-based practices, and promote a positive professional environment.

Schedule includes Full-Time hours (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm) with PRN opportunities. Active RN license and BSN are required, with CCRN/CCM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Active RN license and relevant specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CCM).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring patient care follows policies.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, improve outcomes.
• Quality Improvement: Work with interdisciplinary team to identify and implement improvements.
• Patient Advocacy: Collaborate with patients and families to ensure needs are met.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks per regulatory guidelines.
