Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior RN experience and/or nursing leadership.
• Strong geriatric and long-term care nursing knowledge.
• Effective leadership and communication to motivate teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities, assign duties, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.

• Conduct routine rounds to assess patient condition and adjust care.
