Foremost at Sharon in Massachusetts is seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This role oversees clinical operations on the evening unit, supports nursing staff, and ensures safe, resident-centered care while guiding team decisions.

The position is 32 hours per week with every other weekend, offering a stable evening schedule and opportunities to influence care quality through coaching, policy adherence, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift
• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
• Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
