Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS required.
• Four years of Staff Nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director or Manager in supervising daily department activities.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care.
• Serve as a mentor and team lead for staff.
