American Senior Communities is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor RN for Hickory Creek at New Castle. The role involves supervising licensed nurses and nursing staff during the evening shift to ensure high-quality resident care in line with our CARE values.

You will lead care delivery, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and mentor staff while adhering to federal and state regulations. Indiana RN licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel during the shift.
• Manage the provision of care in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
