Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Spinal and Pediatrics unit on a 0.6 FTE, evening shift. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in an inpatient rehab setting, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team on 8-hour shifts.

The role requires ADN or BSN, BLS CPR, and strong communication and teamwork skills. You’ll contribute to patient education, documentation, and outcomes within a supportive, high-quality patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• BLS CPR certification through American Heart Association.
• ADN or BSN nursing degree required upon hire.
• Analytical skills to assess patient condition and use the nursing process.
• Ability to interact with patients, families, and health care team.
• Ability to perform under stress in urgent situations.
• Cultural, age, and developmental awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform full nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
