NorthShore University HealthSystem in Skokie Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time 28 hours/week. The shift is 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, at our Skokie location.

The role involves providing direct nursing care to diverse patient populations and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. BSN preferred; IL RN license and BLS/CPR required; minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current IL RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year of prior nursing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
