Qualifications

Registered Nurse license in good standing required.
BLS license/certification required.

Responsibilities

Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration and ADL care as ordered by physician and plan of care.
Conduct rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on the unit.
Other tasks as required.
