Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in NH or a multistate compact license with NH authority.
• Demonstrated clinical skills and compassionate patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents on day-evening shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies and document care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.
