Rochester Regional Health's DeMay Living Center in Newark, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Geri Psych unit. Schedule: Evenings, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 24 hours per week, located at 100 Sunset Drive, Newark, NY 14513.

Compensation reflects a regional RN wage range with shift differentials and full benefit options. The role emphasizes clinical leadership in geriatric psych care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional development including tuition assistance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• RN license in New York State.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered clinical care.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient and documents findings.
• Communicates and documents assessment with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and documents plan of care tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Follows safety, medication, and documentation policies and revises plans as needed.
• Maintains BLS certification and completes in-services and health screens.
