Job summary

Friendship Village Retirement Community in Waterloo, IA is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse to provide complex care and care planning for Assisted Living residents. You will help set the culture for nurses, aides, and staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care in a safe, compassionate environment.

If you are passionate about excellent care and teamwork, we’d love you to join our team. Starting pay ranges from $30.00 to $34.00 per hour with shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid license as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks, abuse registry check, drug test, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex nursing care and care planning for Assisted Living residents.
• Foster a caring environment and culture among nurses, resident aides and staff.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high quality person-centered care.
