Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Per Diem for the Adolescent and Young Adult Psychiatry unit at Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, IL. The position is part-time (20 hours) with an evening shift from 3:00 to 11:30pm and rotating holidays/weekends.

Requirements include an active IL nursing license, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and a minimum of one year hospital nursing experience with psychiatric experience preferred. Join a focused team delivering high-quality inpatient care.

Qualificações

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; psych experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, effective, compassionate nursing care for inpatient adolescent/young adult psychiatry patients aged 12–22.
• Utilize nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering psychiatric care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Promote safety and a high-quality patient experience.
