Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders; provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items; ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant recipes and standards; ensure timely service; maintain portion control and presentation.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and service areas; follow sanitation guidelines and food safety procedures; assist with dishwashing and cleaning of equipment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work with team members for efficient operations; communicate orders and issues to kitchen staff and management; support colleagues during busy periods.
• Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies; follow health and safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Upselling and Promotion: Inform customers about promotions and loyalty programs; encourage participation to enhance dining experience.
