Job summary

The Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL seeks an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Evening Supervisor to oversee the respiratory therapy department. You will supervise care for residents requiring ventilators and tracheostomies and ensure clinical excellence in line with physician orders and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current NBRC RRT credential in good standing.
• Illinois license to practice respiratory care.
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and time management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise respiratory therapy services for residents with ventilators, tracheostomies, and complex conditions.
• Ensure treatments and ventilator management follow physician orders and best practices.
• Coordinate care plans with pulmonologist, Medical Director, Respiratory Director, and nursing leadership.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate Respiratory Therapists (RRTs); maintain licensure and competencies.
• Ensure CMS/IDPH/OSHA compliance and participate in quality initiatives in respiratory services.
