NFI North in Maine is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee Direct Care Staff and program participants on designated shifts, under the direction of the Assistant Director. The role includes medication administration and medical management on shift, plus on-call duties as part of the management team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate degree with 5+ years in human services) and demonstrates strong organization, communication, crisis-quick decision making, and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Services or related field.
• Experience with participant population and crisis situations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shift.
• Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations and medication management.
• Be a member of the management team and on-call as required.
