The position involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and enabling community activities for clients with disabilities. Shifts run Friday 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Sunday 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, totaling 18 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience delivering supportive care to individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks and personal care.
• Follow medical orders and administer medications.
• Offer choices for daily activities and organize community outings.
