Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN seeks an Evening Resident Assistant to support residents with dignity and compassion. The role is part-time with shifts including evenings, offering meaningful care in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities span personal care, mobility, medications, and daily activities, with opportunities for CNA-related growth. We provide a supportive team and a culture focused on person-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Ability to provide dignified, compassionate care to residents.
• Be 18 years or older; CNA eligibility allowed for under 18 per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance for residents.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments under protocol.
• End-of-life care support.
• Meal preparation, activities, daily housekeeping and laundry.
