Imprimis Group is hiring for a Distribution & Logistics Associate for its recycling operations near the DFW Airport. The role involves active warehouse work, sorting recyclable materials, and supporting daily operations on a 2 PM–10 PM shift within a five-day workweek.

The position requires prior warehouse or logistics experience, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a valid Texas driver’s license for potential driving duties. A background check is required for employment eligibility.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or recycling environments.
• Ability to operate safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer/scanner familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, sort, separate and process recyclable materials (cardboard, paper, plastics, metals).
• Move materials between receiving, sorting, processing and storage areas.
• Load and unload trucks and support daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare, organize and stage materials for processing and shipment.
• Operate warehouse/material-handling equipment with proper training.
• Assist with recycling equipment such as balers as assigned.
• Use handheld scanners and basic tracking to record materials and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and operational goals.
