Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years psychiatric mental health experience, or BA/BS with 1 year mental health experience.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, and mental/physical health conditions and terminologies.
- CNA certification or equivalent accepted documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
- Understanding of client advocacy and client rights per Title 17 and Title 9.
- Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance with you listed as driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served per service plans and Medicaid standards.
- Deliver direct and indirect services as part of individual service plans to support recovery.
