Job summary

Huffines CJDR Lewisville is seeking a part-time Receptionist to warmly greet guests, answer calls, and provide administrative support in our Lewisville, TX location. The role requires friendly communication, prompt customer service, and the ability to route inquiries to the correct department.

You’ll work a 2:00 pm–8:00 pm shift, four days per week, with rotating days off. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Hours are 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm - 4 days per week.
• 3 Days per week off (Rotating schedule based on business needs).
• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact.
• Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes call accordingly.
• Coordinates questions and issues with required department personnel.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
