Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Garden City, GA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. Under BCBA supervision, you’ll help children build skills and independence while growing with a supportive team.

We offer paid training, a $300 sign-on bonus for after-school hours (3pm-8pm), DailyPay, generous PTO from day one, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinics.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress in EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
