OOS Management Corp. is seeking a female RBT for part-time, one-on-one ABA support with an 8-year-old boy in Browns Mills, NJ. The position requires reliability, patience, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors in a home setting.

Schedule: two days per week, roughly 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, with flexible days based on the family's needs. A High School Diploma and prior RBT experience are required, along with references and credentials.

Formación

• Must have previous RBT experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Must commit to 2 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to an 8-year-old boy.
• Assist with behavior management and de-escalation.
• Maintain consistent schedule and communicate with mom.
• Document activities and ensure safety.
