Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality radiographic procedures independently, ensuring reproducible and diagnostic-quality images.
  • Practice radiation safety principles in accordance with ALARA guidelines.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, verify orders, and explain procedures for comfort.
  • Scan and verify documents into PACS for radiologist interpretation.
  • Communicate with peers, staff, physicians, and administration to support patient care.
  • Maintain equipment, infection control, and supplies; ensure attendance and compliance.
