Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology plus three months or less on-the-job training.
• Massachusetts license required.
• ARRT registration; registry eligible must show documentation that exam passed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, and portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs per physician specifications.
• Assist physicians during examinations: prepare contrast media, assist in sterile procedures, position patients.
• Demonstrate patient-centered care with compassion, advocacy, and collaboration with the care team.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex procedural situations and manage high-stress emergencies during procedures.
