Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is hiring a Radiographer for an evening shift (2p–230a, every 3rd weekend) in Ohio. Opportunities include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance based on geographic criteria.

The candidate will perform diagnostic procedures, maintain patient safety, and support evidence-based practice within Mount Carmel’s Imaging Services. Requirements include graduation from a Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT registration or registry eligibility with ARRT within 90 days, Ohio

Qualifications

• Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered as a Radiographer by ARRT or registry eligible; ARRT within 90 days of employment.
• Ohio Radiological License required at time of hire.
• Maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care, ensures patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives while exhibiting professionalism within Radiology standards.
• Performs a variety of diagnostic procedures with emphasis on optimal image quality.
• Enter on-line charges in the RIS and ensure accuracy as per Administrative Policy.
