Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment in Hartford, CT. This role requires 3+ years of experience, active PT license, and evening availability with a 40-hour week.

The shift is AM with 10-hour hours per shift, coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and no on-call duties. BLS/CPR required; advanced certifications are a plus, and Epic experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of physical therapy experience.
• Active state PT license required.
• BLS/CPR required; advanced certifications preferred.
• Evening availability required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings and sports medicine is a plus.
• Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Manage complex orthopedic cases and sports medicine.
• Schedule 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with two evenings until 7 PM.
• Collaborate with care teams and document in Epic.
