Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assess/evaluate nursing & medical needs of people served.
  • Direct/implement nursing care plans.
  • Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior and response to meds.
  • Coordinate clinical and medical appointments.
  • Provide professional nursing care.
  • Assist in feeding and grooming individuals.
  • Respond to emergencies.
  • Monitor LPN medication administration and documentation.
