Staffing Synergies Inc. is seeking a dependable Janitor/Custodian for our Production & Warehouse Facility in Lebanon, PA. The role is safety-sensitive and requires you to maintain a clean and sanitary environment across offices, warehouse, and production areas.

Shifts run 4:00pm to 12:30am with potential overtime and weekend work. The ideal candidate can lift 50+ lbs, work independently, and follow GMPs and company policies to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse conditions.
• Strong safety awareness in a safety-sensitive position.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and break rooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment.
• Empty trash and recyclables into proper compactors.
• Clean windows, walls, light fixtures, and mirrors.
• Sanitize bathrooms and common areas.
• Operate balers and ensure trash lines are operational.
• Report spills, safety issues, and maintenance needs.
• Monitor and request cleaning supplies.
• Follow GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
