Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Coralville, IA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for weekday evening shifts to implement the production plan safely and efficiently. You will supervise associates on the Fast Turn Blocks and Clonal Products Value Stream and ensure smooth workflow on the shift. The role reports to the Value Stream Leader and is on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science related field or equivalent by relevant experience of at least 5+ years.
• Experience leading teams and managing shifts.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts (5S, Standard Work, Daily Management).

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct reports including hiring, training, reviews, and development.
• Lead, coach, and model Danaher/IDT core behaviors.
• Coordinate communication between associates and other value streams.
• Plan resources on shift; approve time off and timecards; work with scheduler on priorities.
• Foster operations leadership bases and build cross-value-stream partnerships.
