Job summary

Hope Network Industries in Grand Rapids is seeking a Production Worker to perform production tasks, ensure quality, and help meet production goals in a safe, team-focused environment.

The role offers $14.73/hour starting pay, weekly pay with bonus potential, benefits eligible on day one, and retirement plan with employer match. Shift: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Professional, courteous, and reliable – even under pressure.
• Punctual with strong attendance.
• Preferably has manufacturing or production experience, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Consistently meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA standards.
• Assist with plant housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup.
• Work cooperatively with your team to foster a positive work environment.
• Follow all Hope Network policies, procedures, and GMPs.
• Perform other departmental duties as assigned.
