Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Production Operator in Eau Claire, WI to operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. You will uphold quality standards, follow LOTO rules, and contribute to continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred or equivalent training/education.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and processes
• Follow all plant safety rules (including LOTO procedures and PPE) and report incidents or unsafe conditions immediately
• Support factory safety, environmental, and food safety objectives and targets
• Understand and comply with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices
• Promptly report food safety and quality issues
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in all work areas
