Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a production operator in McAllen, TX, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with Saturdays as needed. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating production equipment, maintaining material flow, inspecting runs, documenting results, and reporting malfunctions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience within a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
