Job summary

GC Products LLC in Lincoln, California is seeking an Evening Shift Production Lead to support the manufacturing of cement-based and gypsum-based architectural elements for the building industry.

You will guide evening shift technicians, ensure safe, efficient production, and liaise with Direct Supervisors. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate power tools, and maintain clean work areas on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams (2+ years preferred).
• Proficient with electric and pneumatic powered tools.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication and direction of evening shift production technicians.
• Facilitate production work but not manage employees.
• Act as liaison for production technician communications to Direct Supervisors.
• Occasionally use electric, air-powered and hand tools (saws, sanders, nail guns, screw guns, wrenches).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Work with cement, gypsum and casting materials.
