Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a General Labor/Production Associate for the 2nd shift to support Cooler, Case Room and Bagging Room operations. You will follow safety procedures, operate equipment, monitor quality and complete required documentation while supporting production goals.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling up to 200 lbs with equipment.
• Able to work in varying temperatures (cooler and production areas).
• Basic math and effective written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance, overtime flexibility; no prior manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, GMP practices, and wear required PPE in a food manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move products weighing up to 200 lbs using hooks and material handling equipment.
• Work in multiple departments including Cooler, Case Room, and Bagging Room based on daily business needs.
• Operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting production goals and overtime needs.
