Job summary

Truly Free in Williamsburg, MI is seeking hands-on Production Team Members to pouch, label, assemble, and prepare products. You’ll follow batch sheets, handle materials, and ensure accuracy and safety to keep orders moving on time.

This fast-paced, on-site role prioritizes safety, then quality, then production. You’ll earn $20 per hour plus a 10% shift premium, with production bonuses and free Truly Free products as part of the perk package. No prior experience required—we train the right person.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in counts, labels, and paperwork.
• Comfortable with routine and repetition in a production/warehouse setting with safety and quality focus.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills to follow batch sheets and shipping systems.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to take direction and stay consistent for the team.
• Willingness to learn and be trained; prior production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run production activities such as pouching, labeling, general assembly, and basic line support to meet hourly standards.
• Support mixing and material handling by following batch sheets and reporting inventory needs.
• Follow safety and quality procedures, including QC checks and PPE use.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and fulfillment to hit team goals.
• Pick, pack, and assemble orders from production areas with accurate counts and labels.
