Job summary

Clorox is seeking a sanitation and compounding associate to support the prep, cleaning, and batching of materials in the Compounding department. You will prepare raw materials, sanitize equipment, verify cleanliness, and document batch activities from start to finish.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with a starting pay of $25.96/hour plus a $0.95 shift differential. This position offers growth into process optimization and collaboration with Engineering and R&D to improve BMPs and

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Able to lift 50 pounds and move up to 1000+ pounds with a hand truck.
• Strong math and reading comprehension; able to convert lbs to kg and g.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kettles; breakdown and reassemble equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness verified visually before storage; return to storage locations.
• Maintain cleaning chemical handling and update sanitation documentation accurately.
• Monitor machine operations and report issues; collaborate with team to prioritize cleaning.
• Assist with pre-weighing and formulating raw materials per BMPs and quality guidelines.
• Execute batching and processing with equipment setup, mixing, and documentation.
• Use EWM and MES systems to record batches with full traceability; troubleshoot issues.
• Train new staff on processing, sanitation, and system procedures.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant housekeeping in compounding areas.
