Job summary

The Imagine Group is seeking a Bindery Operator to perform manual and machine operations on bindery equipment, including folding, stitching, collating and cutting tasks. The role requires attention to accuracy, safety, and adherence to production schedules, with a 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, plus 4+ years in printing/manufacturing or 520 hours as a temporary employee with supervisor approval.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Four+ years in the industry or 520 hours as a temporary employee with manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and set-up requirements from the job ticket.
• Set up, operate, and maintain bindery machinery to meet quality/quantity targets.
• Monitor product quality and keep production records.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety guidelines.
